Continued service delivery in light of coronavirus (COVID-19) - Updated September 2020
In view of the ongoing coronavirus contagion we would like to update clients on the measures we are taking to protect our clients and our team.
Our business is fully operational and our team is equipped to work from home successfully and securely. One member of staff is running the office to ensure that we continue to respond to phone calls and post in a timely manner. To keep staff and our clients safe, our advisers continue to hold meetings with clients by phone and videocall. As government guidance is relaxed, we will offer face-to-face meetings with clients – when requested and only where permitted and appropriate – after a full risk assessment has been undertaken to minimise risk of transmission on both sides.
We want our clients, business partners and our team to have confidence in our commitment and ability to provide ongoing services for as long as this exceptional business disruption continues. The approach we are taking should minimize the risk of transmission and guarantee continuation of our customer service and business. We continue to monitor the situation daily and will adapt and uphold measures for as long as the situation requires in line with government directives.
