Compliance Manager (part-time)
Simon Hands provides Roberts Mackie Winstanley with technical guidance on UK financial services regulation and procedural compliance. He has worked in financial services since 1992, qualifying as a financial adviser in 1995. Simon has been an FCA-registered Pension Transfer Specialist since 2003 and specialises in technical pension planning and defined benefit occupational pension schemes.
Simon joined Roberts Mackie Winstanley in March 2019 having previously held a variety of pension specialist and senior compliance roles with major UK financial services companies and firms of Independent Financial Advisers.
Simon enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two young children. He also plays lead guitar and sings in a rock covers band playing venues local to Norwich.
